We as a design team and me as a Brand Designer initiated the process of updating the Brand „Customer Alliance“, a colourful company that provides a solution for managing online reviews.

The creative challenges here were to create a strong professional brand identity by putting forward Customer Alliance’s technology and solutions under consideration of the company’s personality: a young start up with a great idea.
While having a serious and trustworthy look and feel, we needed the visual language to spice up and to put on a smile
Additional materials were created and produced, such as shirts, flyers, stickers, leaflets,...
After the company‘s claim was defined, I could also create its visual guidelines.
